Dembinski, Rev. Francis, C.R., J.C.B., S.T.D.
Clergyman. Born Oct. 4, 1878 in Siemianowice Poland: son of Lawrence and Ursuline Dembinski. Educated in Poland. In 1901 entered the Congregation of the Resurrectionist Fathers in Rome where he studied philosophy and theology. Ordained June 29, 1906. In 1907 sent to U.S. where he was assistant in various parishes until 1915. On March 1, 1915 appointed pastor at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Chicago, Ill. where he stayed till 1923. In 1923 appointed pastor of St. Hedwig's Church in Chicago, Ill. in which post he remained till his death April 19,1933.From: "Who's Who in Polish America" by Rev.
