Manufacturer. Born 1905 in Newark, N. J. Employed at Sherwin-Williams Company, Newark, N. J., from 1918-1925. Also worked for the Continental Varnish Company, Brooklyn, N. Y., and the A. C. Horn Co. of Long Island City; in both organizations he held important positions and was engaged in research and control laboratories. In 1928 organized with Cook, the Cook & Dunn Paint Corp. in Newark, N. J. Since 1928 has taken many courses at the Newark School of Art and Science, University of Newark, and National Institute of Credit (N. Y. & N. J. Chapters), specializing in Economics, Psychology, Commercial Law, Business, English, Preparatory Accounting and Advanced Credit. Serves on the Executive Committee of the Hardware and Paint Trades Credit Bureau, Membership Committee of the Paint and Allied Industries Credit Ass'n; takes an active interest in the work of the N. J. Association of Credit Men. At present vicepresident and treasurer of Cook & Dunn Paint Corp., Newark, N. J. Married. His hobbies are golf, theater, reading trade periodicals, newspapers and good books. Member of the Forest Hill Golf Club, The N. Y. Paint and Varnish Club, and the Manufacturers Ass'n of N. J.
