Lawyer. Born in Sokal, Poland. Completed two and a half years at University of Wilno, Poland. Came to Canada in 1911. Returned to Poland to complete scholarship studies at Vienna. Again in Canada, in 1913, entered law school at University of Manitoba. Received degree in 1917, called to the Bar in 1918. Second president of the Federation of Polish Societies; its honorary life president. Received a gold cross in 1933 from the Government of Poland. Married; son Jan.
