Graduated from the Rhode Island College of Pharmacy and Allied Science. Registered pharmacist in R. I. and N. H. Served in the State Legislature in 1931, first Pole in the history of the State of New Hampshire. Served in 26th Division AEF, during the first World War. Awarded emblem of Purple Heart by Gen. John J. Pershing, April 19, 1919. Past State Commander of D.A.V. of W.W.; president of Manchester Pharmaceutical Association; member of City of Manchester Zoning Board; Knights of Columbus; Disabled American Veterans of World War; American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars; Moose; Reserve Officers Association; Lions; and P.N.A. In 1939 elected vice-president of the Pulaski Memorial Statue Committee of N. H. Resides in Manchester, N. H.
