Dukes, Eugene P.
Public official. Born in Chicago, Ill., January 3, 1904. Attended local elementary school and high school in Chicago, Ill. Conducted with his mother a flower shop after the death of his father. Was very active in Polish societies and in sport circles. In 1940 elected for a two year term state representative to a State Legislature of Illinois from the 27th senatorial district.
