Dzialynski (Djalinski, August Algernon), William.
Artist, painter. Born in 1823 in Klajpeda (Memel). Took part and played an important role in the Polish insurrection against Russia in 1863. One of the most important figures in Polish insurrection. The Russian government offered 50,000 rubles ransom [reward?] money to deliver him alive. Fled to U.S. under the assumed name of August Wilhelm Kenkel. Died July 31, 1895, in Chicago, Ill.
