Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (B.E.E.), 1949, Master of Science (M.S.) (in engineering), 1951, University of Connecticut, Storrs.

Career: engineer to engineering manager, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Pittsburgh (PA), Richland (WA), 1951-88. Retired.

Author: co-designer and researcher, construction and operation of first of a kind nuclear power plants for United States Navy (USN), and first large liquid metal breeder reactor.

Member of: fellow, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME); Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE); American Nuclear Society; National Management Association.

Served with: U.S. Army, Signal Corps, 1943-46.
