Instruments for solar radiation measurements (so called solarimeters and solarigrapbs) have been constructed since 1924 by Jules Richard, Paris, France, and P. T. Kipp, Delft, Holland, from Professor Gorczynski's design. Author of about 200 scientific articles and monographs published in the Polish, French and English languages.
