Physician. Born April 17, 1895 at Buffalo, N. Y.; son of James and Cecilia (Rachwalski) Graczyk. Educated at St. Adalbert's Parochial School, Canisius H.S. and College, Buffalo, N. Y., attended Polish Seminary, Orchard Lake, Mich. for one year; Buffalo University, School of Medicine granted him M.D. degree in 1920. Instructor of summer courses at Buffalo University, School of Medicine. Member of Polish Medical and Dental Ass'n, P.N.A., Buffalo Academy of Medicine, Erie County Medical Society, N. Y. State Medical Society; member of Building Committee of St. Francis H.S., Athol Springs, N. Y. in 1925. Interested in social and civic welfare. Enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1942.
