Lawyer. Born in Poland; came to Canada with his parents at the age of five months. Educated at Winnipeg. Took premedical course; three years of science; then attended Law School at University of Manitoba. Graduated in 1938, with Bachelor of Laws degree; called to the Manitoba Bar the same year. Represented Western Canada in 1934, at a Convention of Students of Polish descent at Warsaw, Poland. Married Miss Flis in 1939. First national chairman of Polish Youth Societies in Canada.
