Grocholski-Syrokomla, Stanislaus
Artist-painter. Born in 1858. Received his education in Krakow. Vienna, Munchen. Professor at The Art Institute in Moscow, Russia. In 1899 came to U.S. Lived in Buffalo, N. Y. for a long time until his death. Donated all his works to the National Museum in Warsaw, Poland. Member of an aristocratic family. His specialty were portraits. Died in 1932.
