Grudzinski, Rt. Rev. Msgr. John Cyril
Clergyman. Born April 25, 1872 near Posen, Poland. Was brought to the U.S. as a child. Attended parochial school of St. Hedwig's in Toledo, Ohio, Graduated SS. Cyril and Methodius Seminary at Detroit, Mich. Ordained July 18, 1897 for the Diocese of Leavenworth, Kan., where he was appointed pastor of St. Casimir's Church. In 1915 was transferred to Kansas City, Kan., where he is pastor of St. Joseph's Church. In 1940 the Holy See elevated him to Domestic Prelate for his notable services to the Roman Catholic Church.
