Gruszka, Anthony
Realtor, traveler. Born January 14, 1910 in Milwaukee, Wis.; son of Valentine Gruszka who emigrated to America from Poland, in 1905. Received elementary education in Milwaukee, and in Mosinee, Wis., where his parents moved in 1922. In 1926 left for Milwaukee in search of work, later joined the U.S. Army where he served with the 1st U.S. Infantry until discharged. From 1929 to 1936 visited every state in the Union, Canada, and Mexico. In 1938 elected to the State Assembly of Wisconsin and served on the Committee on State Affairs. Elected from the 1st district, Marathon County, Wis. Married. Address: R. I Box 320, Mosiness, Wis.
