Gruza, Rev. Stanislaus A., C.S.C.
Born Nov. 11, 1882, in Lukow, Poland. Came to South Bend, Ind. on April 22, 1892. In 1899 entered the order of Fathers of the Holy Ghost, Notre Dame, Ind. Ordained July 23, 1907; asst. at St. Casimir's, South Bend, Ind., 1907 09. Asst. at Holy Trinity Church, Chicago, Ill., 1909-18. In 1940 he was a religious superior at Holy Trinity parish, Chicago, Ill.
