Y.; graduated at the head of the class in June, 1927. H.S. education at St. Francia H.S., Athol Springs, N. Y.; Senior class president; Manager of basketball team, 1930 and 1931; Manager of baseball team, 1931. Graduated in June, 1931 with the institution's first graduating class. College education at Canisius College, Buffalo, N. Y., entered 1931, graduated June, 1935 with A.B. degree. President of St. Vincent de Paul Conference 1932 to 1934. Sports editor of college paper "Canisian," 1932-1933. University education at University of Buffalo, Millard Fillmore College division (extension). Courses completed for degree of Master of Education (M.Ed.). Degree to be conferred pending acceptance of master's thesis. Employed at Bethlehem Steel Co. as steel inspector, 1935-1936. Resigned to teach English and Latin at Lackawanna H.S. in Sept., 1936, where he still teaches. Member of Lackawanna Chamber of Commerce; K. of C., Council No. 2243; N. Y. State Teachers Assn.
