Colonization agent. Born July 2, 1872 in Bedzieszyn, Poland. Studied in Skrzebow, Szczury, Ostrow and Kalisz. Came to U.S. in 1889, settling in Duluth, Minn. In 1803 studied in Minneapolis, Minn. Became a clerk in Home Savings Bank, Minneapolis, Minn., clerk at Penny and Smith Lawyers; clerk at Great Northern Railroad in St. Paul, Minn. From 1899 to 1905 an immigration agent of Rock Island Railroad Co. in Minneapolis, Minn. In 1905 organized Polonia Colonization Company in Colby, Kansas, where he was also justice of the peace. In 1896 married Ann Szuta in Minneapolis, Minn. Member of the Polish Union of America.
