Kasprowicz, Rev. Francis
Roman Catholic clergyman. Born in Catskill, N. Y., July 10, 1891. Received his early education in South Amboy, N. J. Studied at the Polish Seminary, Detroit, Mich. and then continued his theological studies at SS. Cyril and Methodius Seminary, Orchard Lake, Mich. and at St. Joseph's Seminary, Dunwoodie, N. Y. Ordained to holy priesthood Dec. 1, 1917 in New York, N. Y. First assignment as administrator of newly organized Polish Church in Manville, N. J., where he built a new church, school, rectory and Sisters Convent and later bought necessary land for the parish cemetery. In this capacity he served for seventeen years. In 1934 he was transferred as pastor to Holy Cross Church, Trenton, N. J., in which post he remains till now. Residence: 201 Adeline St., Trenton, N. J.
