Degree of Bachelor of Laws from the University of Buffalo in 1916. Admitted to practice law in New York State, May, 1917. Practicing law in the City of Buffalo. Attorney for Consulate of the Republic of Poland since 1920. Elected to New York State Constitutional Convention of 1938. Served in N. Y. State Legislature in 1939 and 1940. Traveled in Europe, visiting Poland and other countries in 1913, 1921, 1925, 1929 and 1936. Member of various Polish organizations and literary and professional clubs.
