Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), J. Kazimierz University, Lwow (Poland). 1939; Doctor of Medical Sciences (D.M.S.), Medical Academy, Rokitnica (Poland), 1951.

Career: physician, General Hospital, Lwow, 1939-40; director, Public Health Department, 1945-50, and Institute of Hygiene, 1950-61, senior advisor (regarding industrial medicine), Ministry of Mining, 1961-64, Katowice (Poland); physician, Department of Mental Health, Albany (NY), 1965-81; retired physician, New York State Department.

Author: over 40 articles in Polish professional journals and in Nowy Dziennik, Przeglad Polski.

Member of: Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences of America (P.I.A.S.A.).

Honors: Gold Cross (for professional medical activity in Poland), Polish Government, 1948.

Served with: Military College, 1937, Polish Army, 1938-39, September '39 Campaign, Warsaw Uprising, 1944, physician.
