Klarkowska (nee Schultz), Anna
Civic leader, Born Jan. 4, 1868, near Grudziadz, Poland. Came to U.S. as a child. In 1885 married to Dr. Boleslaus Klarkowski. Member of parochial choir; P.R.C.U.; Alma Mater; Polish Women's Alliance; Foresters. Delegate to all National Conventions of Polish Women's Alliance of America. Decorated with a gold medal by the Polish Women's Alliance of America. In 1939 decorated by Polish Government with Golden Cross of Merit. In 1917 organized Polish Women's Protective Ass'n. Very active in Polish White Cross during the World War I. Resides in Chicago, Ill.
