Author: Community Nutrition & lndividual Food Behavior, 1979; over 100 articles in proffesional and other journals; over 5 educational videotapes in nutrition and food service; over 20 training manuals; community lecturer, since 1970.

Member of: Society for Nutrition Education (president, 1984-85); American Institute of Nutrition; Institute of Food Technology; American Dietetic Association.

Honors: Kellogg National Leadership Fellowship, Kellog Foundation, 1985-88; various research grants.
