Kozakiewicz, Leo
Physician. Born June 8, 1899 in Chicago, Ill. Graduated from St. Stanislaus Kostka parochial school Lane Technical School; Chicago Medical College and Surgery; as interne spent one year at Washington Park Hospital. In 1913 received M.D. degree and went to Vienna to study obstetrics and diseases of women. In World War I served as lieutenant in U. S. Army and was wounded in France.
