Kronkowski (Krakowski), Anthony
Engineer. Born in Sluck, Poland in 1889. Lived in Warsaw until he was 16 years old. Graduated in 1905 from high school. Studied violin since he was 8 years old; his life's ambition was to become a great violinist. When 12, while hunting injured one of his fingers on the right hand. In 1910 graduated from University of Montpelier, France, as Master of Science and Chemical Engineer. During his stay in France continued the study of violin under some of France's best teachers, but music was his hobby rather than his profession. In 1913 came to America, settling in Mexico. Married in 1920 in Los Angeles, has one daughter, Konstancja, a violinist. Residence: 1529 S. Rexford Dr., Los Angeles, Cal.
