Public offcial. Born Nov. 21, 1892 in Buffalo, N. Y., the son of the late Felix and Frances Krysinski. Education: graduate of secondary school in Buffalo, N. Y. Enlisted as a volunteer in the U. S. Army in 1917. Affiliated with the Democratic party and active in politics. Member of Erie County Democratic Committee from 11th Ward, Buffalo, for five years. In 1922 elected assemblyman of New York State legislature from Buffalo, N. Y. Member of New York State Athletic Commission. Resides in Buffalo, N. Y.
