Krzywoszynski, Julius S.
Civil War veteran. Took part under General Grant against Richmond. Lieutenant of Third Artillery of Pennsylvania. Later lieutenant of Twenty Second Cavalry of Colored People. His regiment was one of the first that entered Richmond on April 1865. This regiment extinguished the flames started by the Confederates. Took part in the Lincoln funeral. Gave chase after actor Booth, Lincoln assassin. Honorary discharge granted him October 16, 1865. Deceased.
