Polish Army veteran. Enlisted as a volunteer in World War I and served in the Polish Army under General Haller. Former adjutant general of the Association of Veterans of the Polish Army in America. Enlisted as a volunteer in the U. S. Army in 1941. Served as a commissioned officer in the American armed forces and discharged in 1943. Address: 56 St. Marks Place, New York, N. Y.
