Attorney-at-law. Born Aug. 15, 1903 in Stevens Point, Wis. The son of Anton and Mary Rostenkowski-Kula. Graduated from John Marshall Law School, 1924; postgraduate work at Northwestern University. Married Aug. 15, 1931 to Carrie Tokarz; children: Mary Ann. Hobbies: fishing and hunting. Member of Illinois State Bar Assn.; P.N.A.; P.R.C.U.; Polish Bar Assn. In 1920 assistant state attorney, Chicago, Ill. In 1938 elected judge of the Municipal Court of Chicago, Ill, for six years. Resides in Chicago, Ill.
