Nawrocki, Rev. Stanislaus
Born 1861 in Sienne, Poland. Secondary education at Wagrowiec; theology in Rome, Italy and Baltimore, Md. Ordained in Chicago in 1887. Assistant at St. Joseph's parish, Chicago, Ill., 1887-1889. On May 3, 1889, appointed pastor of St. Mary of Perpetual Help Church, where he built a school for 2000 children, paid off loans and a mortgage. Appointed a permanent pastor.
