Niekro, JoeIn a 22-year major league baseball career with six teams, Joe Niekro posted a 221-204 record, including back-to-back 20-win seasons in 1979 and 1980 for the Houston Astros. Like his brother Phil (a 1990 NPASH inductee) Joe was a knuckleball specialist.
