Niklewicz, Francis
Historian. Born Oct. 13, 1880 in Pieczkow, county Sroda, Poland. In April 1893 together with his parents came to St. Louis, Mo., and in 1895 moved to Pulaski, Wis. Published five books regarding the history and statistics of the Polish immigration in the United States. The titles are: "Polacy w stanie Illinois," "Polacy w Stanach Zjednoczonych," "Historja Pierwszej Polskiej Parafji w Ameryce, in Panna Maria, Texas." Since 1918 settled in Green Bay, Wis.
