Nowicki, Leo J.
Civil engineer. Graduated from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich; in 1935 appointed by President Roosevelt, administrator of Federal Public Works in Wayne County, Mich. In 1936 elected lieutenant-governor of Michigan. In 1939 appointed member of the planning commission to build highways in the state of Michigan. In 1939 unsuccessful candidate for county auditor from Detroit, Mich. Resides in Detroit, Mich.
