Rachocki, Stephen ClemensEditor, poet. Born November 23, 1873 in Gasawa, Poland. Elementary school in Raciaz, Poland, secondary in Plock, Poland. From 1888 to 1895 studied at the Jagiellonian University, department of agriculture, in Krakow. In 1895 came to U.S. From 1898 to 1900 editor of "Ameryka" in Toledo, 0. From 1900 to 1903 member of the Traveling Hospital in Philippine, China and Japan. Editor of the "Kuryer Polski" in Milwaukee, Wis. In 1899 published a book of his poetry: "Na Marne." His poems were printed in numerous Polish newspapers.
