Civic leader. Born in Nawsie Kolaczyckie, Poland, Feb. 24, 1887. Delegate to Council 3 of P.N.A. for twenty-five years. Commissioner of XV district of P.N.A., several times delegate to National Convention of Polish National Conventions. Naturalized in 1917. Address: 1922 West Potomac Ave., Chicago, Ill.
