Career: staff accountant, 1980-84, manager, 1984-86, partner, 1986 -, Smolin, Lupin & Company, West Orange (NJ).

Author: numerous lectures on auditing, accounting, business valuations, fraud investigations.

Member of: Technical Issues Committee, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants; Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; Accountants for Public Interest; Institute of Business Appraisers; chairman of cooperation with Bankers Committee of New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
