Rokosz, Rev. John
Clergyman. Born in Janow, Poland. First education received in Trebowla, Poland; emigrated to Curitiba, Brazil, where he studied philosophy and theology and there ordained in 1906. Professor of Theological Seminary, Curitiba, Brazil, 1906-1908; chaplain of Rio de Janeiro Hospital, Brazil. 1908 09. In 1909 came to U.S.; incardinated to Pittsburgh diocese. From 1909 to 1912 pastor of St. Hyacinth's Church, Monessen, Pa., from 1912 to 1924 pastor of St. Michael's, Glen Campbell, Pa.; from 1924 to date pastor of St. Joseph's Church, Uniontown, Pa.
