Accountant. Born in Chicago, Ill., in 1903. Completed elementary education in St. Adalbert's parochial school and St. Ann's school. Graduate of Harrison H.S. Finished accountancy and business administration course in De Paul University. Married Nellie Nowak; one daughter. Former state examiner of banking for building and loan association. In 1936 elected alderman of 21st ward in Chicago and re-elected to that office for several terms. Director of Peoples Federal Savings and Loan Association of Chicago. Member of Polish National Alliance, Polish Roman Catholic Union of America and many other organizations and clubs. Residence: 1700 W. 21st Street, Chicago, Ill.
