Thomas and Cynthia Rosicki, Esqs.
Tom and Cynthia Rosicki, Esqs., are the founding principals of Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates PC, the largest mortgage default banking law firm in New York State with offices in Carle Place, Islip, Fishkill, and Buffalo New York. The Firm is composed of 40 attorneys and 160 paralegals, representing such clients as JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, FannieMae and Wachovia.
Cynthia Rosicki has had a long relationship with the Kosciuszko Foundation, dating back to 1972 when she first attended the Ball. Cynthia made her formal debut in 1978, and met her husband Tom at the Ball in 1987. She was Patroness of the 2000 Diamond Jubilee Ball, and was made a trustee in 2002. Cynthia received her undergraduate degree in drama and political science from Adelphi University, and attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. She received her law degree from New York Law School in 1986. Cynthia has received many awards including the Polish Children's Heartline Humanitarian Award, the Nassau County Community Service Award, and most recently she was named New York State Businesswoman of the Year - 2004 by the National Republican Congressional Committee.
Tom Rosicki received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in management sciences and accounting, and later received his law degree from Touro Law School. He joined the FBI in 1982 as a Special Agent tn Organized Crime, serving in Baltimore, St. Louis and New York. He left the FBI when Mayor Koch appointed him Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission in 1989. Later, Tom moved to the private sector and became Vice President Director of Security for Macy's East and subsequently he was appointed to chair the Nassau County Parole Board where he served for three years. Tom is past chairman of the Society of Former FBI Agents, New York Chapter, and currently serves on its board, as Vice President of the Association for the Help of Retarded Children, and on the business advisory council of The Rehabilitation Institute.
Tom and Cynthia began working together in 1995 to build Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, each of them applying their respective talents to this endeavor. The firm actively contributes to organizations such as "Help the Homeless" and "Gift of Life" and it has received New York State's award for hiring the disabled two years in a row. Their mission is "to focus and be guided by a sense of stewardship and the betterment of others, toward providing our clients with the very highest level of service, providing opportunity for all of our people to develop their God-given talents, and to be a force for good in the world."
Their latest endeavor is a 12-acre vineyard and winery in Southold, New York. Tom and Cynthia reside in Muttontown and Southold, New York.
