Attorney at law. Born July 25, 1897 in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Secondary education, business college, University (B.A.), and Law School (LL.B.) City solicitor of Clarksville and Pringle, Pa. Assistant to state attorney of Pennsylvania, and former State Mercantile Appraiser for Luzerne County. Solicitor for Security Club in Philadelphia in 1921. President of Polish Students Circle in Boston, in 1925. Member of P.N.A. since 1917, and elected national president of said organization in 1939 at the National Convention in Detroit, Mich., for a term of four years, 1939-1943.
