Attorney-at-law. Born April 23, 1908, in Jersey City, N. J. Son of Frank and Catherine Rubacky (nee Zagata); attended the local public schools and William L. Dickinson High School, graduating there from in June, 1925; attended Fordham University and Fordham University School of Law, both in New York City, graduating in the year 1929, with the degree of Bachelor of Laws. Served a clerkship in the office of Public Utility Commissioner, Frank J. Reardon, and Prosecutor of the Pleas, William George, of Jersey City. Passed the Bar and duly admitted to practice as an attorney of law in the State of New Jersey; engaged in the general practice of law since February, 1931, maintaining offices at 279 Grove St., Jersey City, N. J. Has taken a very active part in political, fraternal, benevolent and civic organizations of the City, County and State, and has served in various official capacities in each of the said organizations. Was elected representative of the Polish-American population of Hudson County, as a member of the New Jersey Legislature, House of Assembly at the November 1940 general election, and was re elected in the November, 1941 general election. Had served on several important committees of the House of Assembly. Unmarried. Address: 279 Grove St., Jersey City, N. J.
