Rusin, Rt. Rev. Msgr. Francis
Born June 13, 1867 in Kalish, Poland. Theology studied in Wloclawek, and finished (two years) at St. Joseph's Theological Seminary, in Troy, N. Y. Ordained in June, 1896. Founder and pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus parish, Syracuse, N. Y., since 1896 until his death. Member of P.R.C.U. since August 1, 1896, and elected vice-chaplain of said organization. Died July 21, 1939.
