Rusyn, Anthony
Fraternal official. Born in Poland. Came to U.S. as a young lad. On April 29, 1905 he joined the Polish National Alliance of Brooklyn. In 1912 he was elected vice-president of that organization and in 1917 was again elected to that same office. He was elected president of the organization at a convention held in 1919 and held that office until 1925. Few years later he was again elected president of Polish National Alliance of Brookly at the seventeenth national convention of that organization and remained in that office until his death. He was decorated by the Polish Government with "Polonia Restituta" cross. Died February, 1941.From: "Who's Who in Polish America" by Rev.
