Lawyer. Born in Hartford, Conn., Feb. 4, 1914. After completing elementary school education, entered St. Thomas Seminary in Bloomfield, Conn., and then studied at Trinity College in Hartford, Conn. Completed law studies at Hartford College of Law from which he received "Bachelor of Law" degree in 1938. Member of several Polish organizations and very active in the Democratic party amongst Poles. Holds position of assistant clerk in the Police Court in Hartford, Conn. Address: Police Court, Hartford, Conn.
