Zalinski, Moses Gray
General. Born in New York City. Jan. 23, 1863. Graduated from Arty School in 1894. Served as private, corporal and sergeant in batteries G and H, 1st Artillery, 1885-1889: commissioned 2nd lieutenant of 2nd Artillery. Feb. 11, 1889; promoted to brig gen. April 19, 1925, and appointed assistant to quarter master general for period of four years. Awarded D.S.M. Retired Jan. 23, 1927. Died 1937 in Atlanta, Ga.
