Zielinski, Rev. Quirinius
Born June 3, 1844 in Grabienice, Poland. In 1861 joined the Bernardine Order. After the dissolution of this order by Russia, left for Paris, France. Studied theology in Corsica, where in Ajaccio, he was ordained June 24, 1867. Further studies in Rome, and from 1868 to 1879 in Paris, France. In 1879 engaged by the Apostolic Delegate in Belgium. From 1879 to 1882 in Munchen. Germany. In 1882 Rt. Rev. Msgr. Gulski took him to United States of America. From July 4,1883 to April, 1887 pastor of St. Michael's parish, Beaver Dam, Wis.; from April, 1887 to Oct., 1891 pastor of St. John Baptist parish, Princeton, Wis. From May, 1892 to May, 1894 pastor of St. John Baptist parish, Menasha, Wis. From May 1, 1894 to Nov. 25, 1896 pastor of St. Peter parish, Stevens Point, Wis. From March, 1897 to Dec., 1899 pastor of St. John Baptist parish, Princeton, Wis. From 1899 to 1907 pastor of St. Hyacinth's parish, Antigo, Wis.
