Public official. Born March 15, 1889, in Chicago, Ill. Son of Thomas and Anna (Barnas) Ziemba; attended St. Stanislaus Kostka College, Chicago, Ill. Married Domicella Rosentreter, June 25, 1913; children: Eugenia, Loretta; member: P.N.A.; P.R.C.U.; K. of C.; Polish American Businessmen's Association. Superintendent of the Chicago Municipal Sanitarium. In 1935 appointed by President Roosevelt, U.S. Collector of Customs in the 39th Federal District in Chicago, Ill., and reappointed in 1939. In 1939 elected president of the Polish Welfare Association for neglected and delinquent children in the Archdiocese of Chicago. Address: 5459 Agatite Ave., Chicago, Ill.
