Zlotowski, Ignacy
Professor of physical chemistry. Born in Warsaw. Poland, May 20, 1907. In 1931 received degree of Chemical Engineer from University of Warsaw. In 1934 granted a degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. Lecturer of physical chemistry at the University of Warsaw. During 1936 and 1937 was engaged in research work in the Radium Institute of Madame Curie-Sklodowska in Paris. Author of about 30 monographs in the field of physical chemistry published in the French and English languages. Came to U.S. in November, 1940. Former "Research Fellow" in the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn. At present associate professor of physical chemistry at Vassar College. Corresponding member of the Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences in America. Address: Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
