Haftowski, Dominic
Physician. Born in Chicago, Ill., March 29, 1913; son of Michael Haftowski and Pauline nee Nezgodzka. Graduated from Tilden H.S. in 1930. Studied three years at DePaul University and then attended College of Medicine, University of Illinois, from which he received M.D. degree in 1938. Employed in the College of Pharmacy, University of Illinois, for three years. An assistant scoutmaster of Boys Scouts in America in Chicago. Ill. Member of Polish Roman Catholic Union of America and numerous other organizations. Also a member of "Phi Rho Sigma" fraternity. Resides in Chicago, Ill., where he is engaged in the general practice of medicine.
