Lawyer and assistant city attorney. Born Dec. 3, 1888. Graduated as a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University, Milwaukee, in 1915. Taught at the Polish National Alliance College, Cambridge Springs, Pa., 1915-1916. Served a year in the American Army, 1917-1918. Graduated from the School of Law at Marquette University in 1922. Assistant City Attorney in Milwaukee since 1936. Married. Address: City Hall, Milwaukee, Wis.
