S., Wyoming Seminary in Kensington, Pa., St. Mary's College, Orchard Lake, Mich., and University of Indianapolis Ind. with LL.B. degree. Associated with John H. Dands and Karol Rogers Law firm in Brooks Bldg., Wilkes Barre, Pa. In 1927 visited Poland. In 1938 admitted to the Bar in the state of Pennsylvania.
