Lange, Rev. Francis Xavier
Clergyman. Born Dec. 13, 1857 in Domatowo, Poland. Primary and secondary education completed in Poland. Served one year in military service. In 1884 came to U. S. attending St. Francis Seminary, St. Francis, Wis., to study Philosophy. Theological course completed at Baltimore, Md. Was ordained Sept. 28, 1888 in Chicago, Ill. On Sept. 14, 1889 appointed pastor of St. Joseph's church in Chicago, Ill. Diocesan consultor and several terms chaplain of P.N.A. Deceased.
